Projects We're Proud Of

Over the years, we've been lucky enough to work on some pretty cool stuff. From turning old warehouses into living spaces to designing buildings that actually give back to the environment - each project taught us something new. Here's a look at what we've been up to.

Echo Ridge Residence
Residential

Echo Ridge Residence

This one's close to our hearts - a family home that generates more energy than it uses. The clients wanted something modern but not cold, so we played with natural materials and tons of light.

Harbourfront Innovation Centre

Harbourfront Innovation Centre

A tech hub right on Toronto's waterfront. We wanted people inside to feel connected to the lake, so pretty much every workspace has water views. The facade changes throughout the day which is kinda mesmerizing.

Old Mill Lofts
Heritage

Old Mill Lofts

Converting a 1920s textile mill into lofts was tricky - had to preserve the original character while making it livable for today. Kept the exposed brick and timber beams, they tell the building's story better than we ever could.

Greenway Corporate Campus

Greenway Corporate Campus

Client said they wanted their office to feel less like an office. So we added green roofs, outdoor meeting spaces, and a design that encourages people to actually move around instead of being desk-bound all day.

Junction Triangle Plaza
Urban Planning

Junction Triangle Plaza

Public spaces should bring people together, y'know? This plaza's got movable seating, seasonal markets, and spots that work whether you're 5 or 75. It's become the neighborhood's living room basically.

Riverside Townhomes
Residential

Riverside Townhomes

Affordable housing doesn't have to look cheap. These townhomes prove you can have smart design and keep costs reasonable. Each unit's got its own character while the whole development feels cohesive.

Canopy Restaurant & Lounge

Canopy Restaurant & Lounge

The chef wanted an open kitchen where diners could watch the magic happen. We designed the space to flow naturally from bar to dining to private rooms, with lighting that shifts from energetic to intimate as the night goes on.

Solstice House
Sustainable

Solstice House

Passive solar design isn't new, but we pushed it further here. The house basically heats and cools itself through smart orientation and materials. The owners' energy bills are laughably low.

Queen West Mixed-Use
Urban Planning

Queen West Mixed-Use

Retail below, offices in the middle, condos up top - mixed-use done right creates vibrant streets. We made sure the ground level feels welcoming and permeable, not like a fortress. Street life matters.

St. Mark's Community Centre
Heritage

St. Mark's Community Centre

Converting a decommissioned church into a community hub was emotional work. We honored its history while making it accessible and functional for everyone. That stained glass hits different when you're in there.

Muskoka Modern Retreat
Residential

Muskoka Modern Retreat

A weekend cottage that disappears into the landscape. Big windows frame the lake views, materials age gracefully with the weather, and it's all about bringing the outside in. Perfect spot to unplug.

Distillery Gallery Space

Distillery Gallery Space

Gallery design is all about not competing with the art. Clean lines, flexible lighting, and walls that can handle anything from sculptures to video installations. Let the artists do their thing.
